ONBOARDING
Onboarding is a complex process and very time-consuming for managers. We work with non-profit organizations, universities, and governmental agencies to onboard new hires.
Our team works with organizations to ensure new hires are onboarded promptly and reduces the workload for your managers. The process integrates new hires into the organization; and provides details about the organization and its structure, culture, vision, mission, and values.
The process is, on average, 3-6 weeks before moving the employee into the training phase.

TRAINING
ECS is committed to providing research administration professionals with thorough training to manage sponsored projects competently. Our training program offers basic research administration for administrators new to research administration and seasoned administrators who want to increase their depth and breadth in research administration.
